I am a servicemember or veteran and I’ve already bought and sold one house that was financed through a VA loan. Can I qualify for another VA loan?
Generally, your VA loan eligibility can be restored if you have paid off your prior VA loan even if the person who assumed it was also eligible for the benefit.
